Labeling & inventory management module is the heart of system, because of high value items in stock, where every day retail stores does the piece counting & stock tallying. We believe that even pilferage of one pc leads to security breach, which can lead to a significant loss in future.

Our system can keep track of all types of labels (borught, approvals) their movement counter wise, external parties or rework on the label.

Labeling

1. Barcode/RFID tag printing in labour receipt/ labeling creation
   1. Facility to print colored labels on Inkjet/ deskjet printer with option for user defined label sizes for different types of labels/ guaranty card/ catalog
   2. Three level stock grouping (Group, Category, Item), also it is possible to get weight range wise 4th level
   3. Facility to directly label items from purchase attributes 1:1, like in case of diamond items where supplier is giving studded breakup for each item
   4. Labeling screen with attributes like
• Wt (Directly from weighing machine)
• price group
• Studding details (Type of stone, Caret, Rate, Amount, quality)
2. Labeling tally report - with issue wt v/s actual labeling done
3. Stock reconciliation at the end of day with hand held scanner, barcode Scanner or RFID
4. Easy Label break/ change option
5. Stock melting
6. Refinery issue/ receipt

Stock reports

1. Stock report at any point of time (current as well as past)
2. Stock reports for (Labels, Lot, Loose stock)
3. Stock types (Stores, Order, Repair, On Approval, Sample, Detention)
4. Stock owner ship types (On approval purchase items supplier)
5. Stock statement & ledger for all types of stock with facility for tallying up to a point (morning 10 AM, afternoon 4 pm) in time rather than only current stock
6. Book Stock according to purchase/ sales
7. Age wise pending stock with item wise, item category wise, weight range wise, label wise analysis to focus on dead stock
8. Ability to set Levels item wt range & compare the actual stock with same
9. Fast/ slow moving item with item wise, category wise, weight range wise analysis
10. Branch wise, Item wise, item category wise; weights range wise Sales V/s Closing Stock
