Implementation
Software is not about having only product with features which can be infinitely argued to
prove superiority of the product. We believe in having features which can be communicated to customer &
the same can be used by customer.
We do not believe in having over training over phone. We have policy of sending a person on site for almost 15 days for training, assessing the implementation gap &
finding out the solutions of the same by communicating with product developers.
Implementation phase steps
- Complete training of all the persons involved during
implementation
- Deciding on phase of implementation
- Master data entry
- Data transfer from old system
- Billing/ labeling format customization
- Noting down the software change requirement & getting the
solution of same in software package.
Data conversion
For new startup we will be able to convert basic stock data of
labeling from any of your existing package by way of data import from
excel
Template for the same is readily available with us. We can also
help customer in cleaning up the data for adjusting to new & more
elaborate structure of our system.
